Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Every True Son Apparel. We accept exchanges for products purchased from our website as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user. Exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. If you would like an exchange: Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include (1) your name, (2) address, (3) what item you purchased and (4) what item/color you would like instead. Then, mail the product to: Every True Son Exchanges, 7802 Grove Ave., St. Louis, MO 63119 We will send you the replacement product as soon as original is received.
What do you mean you don't like your Every True Son product? Not to worry, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund (customer is responsible for return postage).
